Selling 2023 A Spec Integra (huge change in appraisal)!

Looking to sell my Liquid Carbon A Spec Integra (23K) miles.

Last month the online appraisal was at 28k, today it’s at 22K (no change in miles).

I thought about going in person to see if the offer would change (and not mention the online appraisal) once they take a look (all OEM parts are added, new tires, perfect condition), but I feel like this is just the market unfortunately?
