Urgent: Looking for legal advice in Slovenia regarding harassment

Can anyone recommend a reputable lawyer or a large law firm in Ljubljana or is a lawyer themselves? A close friend of mine is dealing with serious stalking and harassment, and in the past few days, it has gotten even worse.. The person involved has connections in high places, which makes the situation even more frightening. She needs to understand her legal options and would like some initial legal advice.
