Supplement to help with blood vessels

Hi. I’m looking for supplement recommendations that would help with blood vessels. Specifically blood vessels that are in both of my eyes. I have dry eye disease, but I have a lot of the disease under control. However, the blood vessels in my eyes are red and very prominent. They always have been. What can I do to help this?
