Daycare Schedule

We started sleep training over the weekend. Schedule is typically 630 wake, 2/2.25/2.5/2.5, 730 bedtime. ~3.5 hours of nap per day. Ferber seems to be going well, but wondering how it is going to work with daycare schedule.

At daycare, last nap ends around 330, so we usually try to squeeze in a 30 min cat nap around 5. That makes our last wake window only 2 hours, but it seems to be okay as he’s quite tired by 730. Babe definitely can’t make a 4 hour wake window yet, and I don’t think a 630 bedtime is practical. Are we okay to maintain this schedule?
