Confused

I check my phone usage every day (how many hours, what app dominates, etc) and it keeps saying I’ve been on Google Home for about 20 minutes every so often but when I check the app it just says “get started” like I haven’t set it up, is there any other way for it to be used through any other app or by using Bluetooth with speakers or anything?
