Anyone wanna trade property in pa for some in west TN?

Title is mostly a joke (mostly) but I have the opportunity to move to Harrisburg with a scholarship, I won't go into too much detail. Just curious what y'all think about Harrisburg? Is it a good town? I'd technically be in Carlisle but kind of in vetween. And if anyone wants to trade for a 35 acre farm in west TN hmu 🤣
