Could someone give me a recipe with cups instead of grams? I don’t have a scale

What would a starter in grams be compared to a cup? What I mean is could anyone share a recipe of the grams you use but in cup form? I KNOW cups are forbidden apparently but that is what I have right now. Is there a recipe that has grams converted to cups?
