Hi everybody. Thanks for taking the time and reading my post. I was hoping for some advice re my progress and accompanying pics.

1) Dec 2020, 67kg
2) May 2021, 59kg

3) Dec 2024, 82kg
4) August 2025, 70kg
5) September 2025, 67kg
6) September 2025, 67kg
7) September 2025, 67kg

34M, 5’6”.

I did my first bulk and cut down in 2020/21. As you can see I’m 67kg in 1st pic and cut down to my bottom for the 2nd. My weight here was 59kg and was my bottom.

Since then, I’ve not done a dedicated bulk and cut although I’ve lifted consistently with good volume for the following years. I didn’t, however, track my foods and slowly ballooned up to 82kg as per pic 3.

A few months on from my 82kg peak, I decided the time was ripe for a cut which I have been in for approx 10 weeks now. As you can see in 4, 5, 6 and 7, my progress has been decent although I have further to go to get fully lean. I am south Asian ethnically and hold the most stubborn fat in my lower stomach and back.

I have two broad questions, if anyone would be kind enough to answer:

1) You can see me at 67kg in 2020 vs 67kg in 2025. Do you see discernible difference? Have I put muscle on? How much do you think I’ve put on, if so?

2) Where is the bottom of this cut if I want to get as lean as pic 2? I’m currently between 66 - 67kg but it’s hard to know where the end is. I feel close but also very far away.

Thank you in advance.
