Catalytic Converter Replacement Recommendations

I'm looking for a shop that will install a new Catalytic Converter procured specifically from AutoZone.

I have called around and everyone seems to get them new from dealerships, which is frustrating because the one I can purchase myself from AutoZone is CARB-compliant (meeting the emission requirements in Colorado) and is significantly cheaper than the ones dealers sell.

Does anyone know of a shop in the Springs that will source the parts from AutoZone that are CARB-compliant instead? It would save me literally thousands of dollars :-/

Otherwise I'm looking at going up to Wyoming to get it done, which is extra frustrating because there are new available parts here in the Springs that should be able to be installed :-(
