PRB02 or Op-13?

Hi! Kinda new to the game, started playing about 2 months ago, tried a few starter decks and right now i'm having fun with a shirahoshi deck. My question is, what's the best booster box to buy for a new player? Prb with it's reprints or the new set? Since i'm probably gonna be able to get only 1 of the 2. Sorry if the question is kinda stupid or if it's already been answered in another post
