Lilly Direct Refill?

I am taking my 4th shot at 2.5mg on Wednesday and received my refill text today. It is working well and have lost 4.3 (1st week), 3.1 (2nd) and 1.8 (so far this week). I received the text to reorder my next supply today and went ahead and refilled at 2.5. I do have some food noise on days 6 and 7, but nothing crazy that I can’t easily handle. My plan is to stay on 2.5, but to pull the entire vial if food noise gets crazy which I hope will get me to the next refill. If it gets really crazy, I was thinking I could take two vials of 2.5 to make 5mg which would make me short for the month.

I am wondering if LD will let me refill early if in 2 weeks or so I need to move up to 5? TIA!
