Dual coverage with work and Ohio marketplace plans

Health Insurance

Hello everyone, I have a question about dual coverage for my son. Earlier this month my wife and I were lucky enough to welcome our second son, but around the same time my oldest son was diagnosed with Autism. I have BCBS of Oklahoma through work (Live in Ohio, but work remotely for a company out of Oklahoma), but it turns out that Oklahoma laws have certain exclusions for certain plan types that do not force the insurance companies to cover any autism related treatment (ABA therapy in our case). With his treatments being ~$200,000 per year out of pocket and my companies insurance not covering it, I decided to get a plan off of the Ohio market place using our special enrollment period for my oldest son. My question is, can my oldest son stay on my work provided insurance while also being on his new insurance plan that does cover ABA therapy, or do I need to remove him from my work insurance and use his new insurance as his primary and only insurance?
