How can a guy like me date?

Im earning well, like in top 1 percent, im caring, loyal and can cook and bake too. I want to pamper my partner, listen to them, roam around city with them and basically spend time with them. I don't have any friends circle and don't get matches on dating apps too. I'm kinda shy to open up as well as i never was in a relationship too. I'm from Delhi and everywhere here is dating, i literally can devote time to be with my partner and be there for them but have no one, people change partners like clothes and here im. Can anyone suggest where to interact, i don't have girls in my team in office too. I believe im very calm and have emotional intelligence which girls want nowadays but then idk where to have that interaction.
