Is the novritsch ssr77 worth it

I'm trying to get a good assault rifle that can double as a marksmin rifle and I've been looking at the novritsch ssr77, I want something that has good power and fps as well as accuracy and range. Is there any other gun recommendations anyone has, my budget is about 400 dollars
