Am I overreacting?

this girl i’ve known and talked to for like half a year we’ve both confessed our feelings to each other multiple times we even slept on a call last night, she posted 2 stories and some guy that they follow each other and are both part of a gc he commented on those stories, she says he’s gay and that she doesn’t like him but idk i just feel like either they are doing something or i’m very insecure.
