Nest Aware to Google Home Premium

I’m old and tired of keeping up with the ever changing tech landscape. So…

I have had Nest Aware, the $20/month advanced subscription “forever.” I have tracked down and read that the subscription will automatically convert to Google Home Premium with Gemini. What will be an observable difference so I know when the conversion takes place? Different app? Different voice commands? Different notifications? Will my cameras, doorbell, speakers and display still work?
