Info: Problem with fps and stuttering over time in game (xbox-controller)

I searched for some post to find a solution for the problem and some guess was weird but I tried it: I unplugged my xbox-controller and ka-chow -> 240 fps constant.

Something has a problem with the xbox controller, but what it is, is still unknown for me.

I hope someone has more infos, how to fix it manually without waitin till the next update.
