Bar shampoo and conditioner

Does anybody have a bar shampoo and conditioner that they like?? I tried one previously But I felt like I started losing a lot more hair in the shower when I was using it. I have thickish fine hair with a slight wave for about a day after I wash it before it falls flat. I can usually go 4 to 5 days without brushing my hair.
