Aftermarket Ambient Lights not Working after SC Visit

I had ambient lights professionally installed on my MSP. Has been working fine until I brought car to service center for minor recall and HEPA filter change. The advisor came to me and said they had to unplug 12v battery for HEPA filter change and amount lights stopped working. So they basically removed all the ambient light door modules, stating that the door buttons stopped working as well. I have had no issues with lights or doors and everything worked fine until I brought to SC. Has anyone else experienced this with SC and ambient lights?
