Making my personal inspection list for home purchase

The wife and I have put in an offer and had it accepted to purchase a lake house about an hour away. The home inspection is scheduled for tomorrow morning. I will be going up there to look over a few things myself and get the inspection report and do a walk through with them.

I am getting a professional inspection and report, so I imagine they will find any potential issues. I just want to take some notes and make myself a list of things to tackle first or what I will be able to do. For example, I want to check the main breaker panel to see how many circuits are being used and if I can easily add a transfer switch or interlock kit for a generator. I want to see how easy the attic is to access to run new wires for lights or cameras.

It's a 2005 build, so not current, but not close to being outdated in terms of wiring and plumbing. This is north of Houston, TX. I plan on taking a metric crap ton of pictures so we can look up things I may have missed.

Appliances and furniture conveys, so I'll be getting model numbers and specs of those. The house is in actually pretty good condition. It's not currently occupied, but still has the furniture, bedding and stuff in the garage. We have to see what stays and what gets cleaned out. The wife already wants new ceiling fans (there are 13 of those things in that house) and to change out lighting fixtures. Most switch plates are labeled with old school Dymo labels.

What else should I add to my personal list?
