If My Windows Activation Still Linked to the Old Script After Reset? Windows 11

I previously executed a link via PowerShell and then selected the option to activate Windows from a menu (the same menu also included an option to activate Office). I forgot the exact link I used. Later, I performed a full reset/format of my PC (not a clean installation from USB), and after that the system showed as activated with a Digital License, sometimes also displaying 'linked to your Microsoft account.'

I am concerned: does this mean the activation is still tied to that old link/script I used, or that some traces of it remain? What are the exact steps to fully verify that my current activation is official and safe, and to remove any possible connections to old servers or scripts?

Also, what practical solution do I have right now, especially since I cannot purchase a USB flash drive to do a fresh Windows installation from scratch?
