Looking to rent in chelt, whats st george street or around the brewery like?

Basically looking for a flat and found a few in the area but just curious what its like. Dont drive, prefer multicultural areas and sleep like a log with noise. Work in the hospital so the locations very appealing as a best of both lifestyle.
