How to use 7 stars benefits?

I just became 7 stars for the first time and was wondering if anyone has experience using these benefits, if so how do you redeem?

1 - Celebration dinner redeemed for $250 Uber Eats. Don't care too much for a $500 dinner, would rather have gift card.

2 - 5 day retreat. I assume I just call the VIP hotline to redeem? Is the $1200 in airfare covered in promotinoal chips?

3 - Congratulatory NCL cruise, how do I book this?

4 - Atlantis stay. Not sure how to book.

I've scoured online and there's not much information and I don't see much in the app to help.

Thanks in advance!
