Powerspec RGB control

Powerspec 525 with Gigabyte motherboard. How do I access the RGB? Not clear if I should be controlling via Windows settings or Gigabyte control center. The latter doesn't show RGB settings and wants to update itself, which I am reluctant to do, since nothing is seriously broken. The only issue is I put the 525 to sleep and accidentally woke it up immediately, and the RGB hasn't been the same since. Now the front fan lights flicker occasionally.
