What to include in the Research Proposal

Hi all, I am applying for the MEXT scholarship through the university recommendation track as a master's student. While writing my research proposal, I came across several different ways to write it. I want to ask successful and current applicants how they wrote their research proposals. For context, I am applying for Economics/ political economics so my research is not "scientific" per se. This is what I am including in this order, should I change or add anything?

1. Introduction

2. Research Questions

3. Objective

4. Methodology

5. Why does this matter?
