Nothing irritates me more than us not having a bunch of Primaris

Is there anything saying we even have some ? I know we are a nomadic fleet and it’s stated how our tech is obsolete and needs updating. But in the books it says how we trade tech with the mechanicum and even score them some choice stuff. So why can we not get the upgrade ? Does anyone have any info for this please make my day and tell me yes we do have primaris. I can’t stand the Minotaurs being upgraded and we are not.
