Job opportunities for small business owner with associates in business administration

I am the owner of a small escape room business that grosses around $200,000 a year. I also have an associates degree in business administration from Ivy Tech. I have built my business from scratch over 8 years and operate all aspects of it. My goal is to have my wife take over the business and for me to get a job somewhere. I would like to get a job paying at least 50k a year but the potential issue is that at my business I only have experience managing 3 employees. What would the job prospects for me look like?
