Jalen Hurts vs DEN @10am Justin Fields vs DAL @10am

Who would you start this week? Hurts is going up against good D and has been pretty mid this year, Fields shows up when healthy but idk if I should trust him just because of a favorable matchup, any insights to help me make a decision?
