Help!

Hello everyone, I have no tattoos and know nothing about them. My fiancé passed away 3 weeks ago and I’m looking to get a drawing and some words in his writing tattooed in his memory. I just don’t know how to go about searching for an artist that can do that for me and copy it to the best of their ability. How do I go about searching for an artist? Is there a name for someone who does those types of tattoos? TIA!
