Are Russel and Murdoc coming back?

I heard somewhere that Russel and Murdoc from the Gorillaz collab will return to the Item Shop after a few months and idk if thats true. I know they’re currently only in the Music Pass until Oct 9, so I’m trying to figure out if I need to buy the pass now or if I’ll be able to get them later.
