20 M Experiencing hair fall for the last 2 months

Ever since I shifted to new city im Experiencing hair fall Is it because of new city or bcz of my diet change as im in hostel rn It's not very bad but I'm worried as it's not stopping Also can anyone suggest a good hair oil and shampoo All my life I have been using head and shoulder and shanti amla hair oil
