Rockford Midwest Dentist

I’m looking for possible information on my previous dentist that left his own practice without saying a word. (Rami Saqa) I called a new office that I saw he was at on Facebook and they were very hesitant to give me any information on him-but they did say that he was actually leaving their office after a short period of time. I think something happened in the community, but I’m not sure. Just curious if anyone has more information than what I have- which is practically nothing.
