Every appointment a C&P

Please pardon me if I sound rude. I just want to ask If others feel the same.

Every appointment I have in VA feels like a C&P , they change doctors all the time from regular annual check to specialized care from Psychiatrist etc. Each time I have to explain each one of my service conditions and how, why and what happend. Each time I leave I feel worse than when I got there. Don't they have the system on Capri or what is called and they can see the conditions there. Why do I have to revisit all my traumas and injuries EACH APPOINTMENT. I even had a nurse question one of my conditions as if it wasn't already diagnosed and service connected . I feel that is like they are trying not to help me but find a way to screw me.

I'm grateful for those that do care for veterans. I hope I don't offend those that actually work to help people.
