Need to figure out the system

I love all of our guys. And the ones on the field every match deserve to be starters. But, we also have a couple guys that are sitting that should be starters, which would mean a couple on the field would be sitting.

The guys on the field are better “players”. But the system dictates their performance so much so it hinders their ability to impress. I just hope Conte figures it out, but it will surely piss people off. We don’t win Scuddetto or Champions league running the same system as we are right now.
