weird arousal feeling?

i’m 17, and today around late morning/noon i started experiencing almost the tightness or pressure one feels in their vagina when aroused, and i assumed i must have been randomly turned on and proceeded to masturbate to see if it would go away. some of the pain did but i am still feeling this much later into the evening, im also peeing quite frequently, experiencing hip and back pain, and it feels as if there is a “heartbeat” in my vaginal area and pressure around my clitoris and bladder and urethra burning. it does not burn when i urinate. i am a hypochondriac with severe OCD and began researching (which i know i should not have done, given my history) and i am worried about something called “PGAD or ‘persistent genital arousal disorder’) i know this is very rare, but with my OCD and health anxiety i am convinced i have it and it will never go away :( and my intimate life with my. friend will be ruined along with my day-to-day life. im unsure if this has caused this, but i did take a plan b on monday due to a mistake i made with my birth control. i’m on the patch and fell asleep on the day i was supposed to put my patch back on after my patch free week and was sexually active the day i was supposed to put it on. im unsure if the plan b is causing this? i dont believe pregnancy is the issue, but i will see once enough time has passed for a test.
