need help deactivating auto pause on iphone 17 / ios26

title. i just got the iphone 17 and whenever i have a video playing for about an hour with no activity the video auto pauses. i assume this is for tracking your sleep but this didn't happen with my previous phone (iphone 12 pro), and i cannot find the setting to stop this very annoying feature. any help is appreciated
