Colour me surprised that the Maccaos were declared the same tier as the Jaggis due to the possibility that their innate instinct to follow the strong could lead them to follow a person as their alpha, which could in turn lead to one or two developing into their Great state, but still being loyal to people and thus becoming a risky but capable tame.

Now we move on to the last of the standard Runner Wyverns for a bit, the Wroggis. Now, Wroggis are an interesting creature as they have poison sacks which hold a mist that they use to weaken their prey at the behest of their alpha male, the Great Wroggi. Wroggis also seem to be highly loyal to their alpha, as they are even willing to sacrifice themselves for their leader. It's fairly clear that Wroggis are highly intelligent, as while they are quite territorial over their domains in jungles, forests and volcanoes, they are willing to back down from far larger threats and can even use their poison in condensed globs to launch opportunistically at prey or its mist as a smoke screen, the Great will even know to leverage it's size against hunters.

Honestly, I was originally going to call them untamable before fully researching them, but now? I might be inclined to put them below the Maccaos or in the tier below, but feel free to put your own thoughts on the subject out for us.
