I should probably go to the hospital for my gallbladder but I live in Canada:/

My god this is the worst attack I've ever felt I'm not even sure what to do rn it hurts so bad but going to the hospital is worse because then I'm just sitting there for 18 hours in pain then to add to the pain I swear all the Nurses here in canada don't know how to Draw blood at all my god I went a few days ago and they put it in Crooked and that hurt so bad but the kept me there so long that the pain whent away but I know there not gunna take it out yet because I'm on call for surgery I can't eat or drink for 19 hours a day that's probably why the attacks get More frequent now, because I can't eat and so when I do eat, I'm just stuffing a whole bunch of food in my face. And so that's probably why I'm in so much pain, because I was so hungry. :/
