What's the most approachable Patek to start with?

I know "approachable" and Patek don't exactly belong in the same sentence haha. But I have been curious about which references people consider the best entry point. The Calatrava looks like the steady play, but I see Nautilus and Aquanaut come up a lot too.

For those of you who actually took that first step, what did you start with? Did it feel like the right move, or do you look back and think you should have gone bigger right away?
