If you have low libido or are just not interested in sex with him, the fact that he is willing to step out means that he has lost any hope of rekindling his sex life with you.

It will obviously change the dynamic of your relationship because there is other woman involved now and he will give most attention to her. The effort he was willing to put in your relationship will go away because what's the point.
