Want to get out of high ER Stock - what are my options?

Investing

I have ~$20,000 USD invested in a stock via a personal brokerage account in Vanguard. The stock symbol is MFEGX, which has a 0.88 ER. I recently had this transferred from the MFS Investment Management company to Vanguard so that I could begin the process of managing it better.

I'd like to instead own something like VTSAX, and MOST PREFERABLY in the joint-brokerage account I have with my wife in Vanguard (which already has about $30k of VTSAX).

I know how to open accounts in Vanguard, and I know how to put money from my bank into the Money Market Accounts and then buy stock within each Account. I do not know the process to switch stocks because I'm pretty uninformed about how this works.

I'm sort of wondering what the best financial move is for this. I am pretty sure there isn't a way to do it that doesn't involve me paying capital gains, but then again a move from 0.88 to 0.04 is ~$40k over the next 20 years when I ran the numbers, assuming the same growth percentages (and I have a little more faith in VTSAX)
