Concerns

Has anyone noticed the number on the scale is going down but doesn’t feel like there is a noticeable difference? I’ve been on Tirz for 7 weeks and down 13 lbs and other than my butt seeming to get smaller I don’t notice a difference elsewhere , pants still fit as they did before. Tummy still feels big. Help
