Jupiter 125 Average fuel economy

I recently bought this and average fuel economy is showing me 30.3kmpl . Why so low? Anyone who had similar experience with it. Also auto stop is not working too. Distance to empty also doesn't show. I ran like 200 kms. Give some guidance.
