Hacked and Imported Account - Need Mod help!

Posting here because one of my old accounts was hacked and I need moderator assistance before it’s damaged again. I filled out the form on the site but no answer yet.... you would think this ticket type makes it to the top of the "supports" queue.

• Years ago, I stopped playing the account when I switched to Ironman.
• At some point, it was hijacked and received a permanent macro ban.
• I recovered the account a few months later (I noticed the ban when I tried to log in to drop dupes), but since there was no option to appeal, it just sat unused.
• With the recent Second Chance Appeal system, my appeal was accepted, and the account was unbanned. Jagex confirmed the ban came from a hijacker.
• Right after the unban, I attempted to import the account into my Jagex Account, but I received an “invalid login” error.
• When I checked my email, I saw a notification saying “RuneScape character imported to Jagex account” — but the display name is a random string of letters/numbers that definitely isn’t mine.

It seems the hijacker somehow noticed the unban before I could import it, and they immediately linked it to their Jagex account. I’m very concerned they could now macro or otherwise abuse it and get it banned again.

Can a moderator please PM me to lock down the account and help me recover it safely to my own Jagex account?

For clarity:

• I am the original creator of the account.
• I have multiple other accounts on my Jagex Launcher with no issues.
• This account has never been bought or shared.

Currently multiple days into spamming the email from the ticket, multiple times on X to Jagex Support and no response. Tracking the account with CrystalMathLabs and watching bossing highscores and it looks like the account is botting Doom. Can a JMod please help lock the account down to prevent it from getting yet another ban and help me get this account imported to my jagex account!
