Partiality by BESCOM or Political highhandedness??

The summary is - My neighbor doesn't pay his Electricity Bills which id running up to ₹6-7K and BESCOM personal never disconnects his connection whereas they disconnect the other's in the same building even if they don't pay within the 'pay by date'.

The guy is a tenant staying in a duplex 3bhk and all the others are 1 or 2 BHKs. He is running some business related to land or excavation contractor with a neighboring state's surname. The building owner rented him as the house was vacant for 2-3 years and no one was willing to pay such high rent. Now the karma struck back the owner as this guy doesn't pay the ₹35k+ rent for 2-3 months. To vacate him, the owner brought Local councilor's brother who is kind of a local rowdy and when they met, these 2 were already old friends and that plan flopped.

Understood 1 thing - to live in this country, You should have lots of money and influence. Being a middle class and its just - "Survival of the Fittest"
