Under armour sunglasses

Ages ago, like honestly probably over ten years ago I bought a pair of under armour sunglasses and I could have swore they came with the lifetime warranty.

Fast forward to today the rubber nose part has turned like all gooey.

I reached out to under armour and they came back noting that they never offered a lifetime warranty.

Am I crazy, am I mis-remembering the lifetime warranty? Does anyone remember?
