Are you proud to work in your own company?

Someone ask me this question before. Imagine you work in sarawak, government related, constant surveillance, constant politic, work drama, top and bottom have a clear separation, and office constantly have issues on water and temperature. Then there is good benefit, low salary, your job role and grade and tied to being a boot licking your manager.

Would you even proud to work at all? My answer is quite obvious already. 😂

Now here I'm asking you guys, are you even proud to work at your own company?
