Cheating or not?

Just got beamed on Layali at 121m with an AKM , while I was fully prone behind rocks, which were higher and wider than me. Last five shots were four to the left arm and one straight to the dome.

I''ve only reported two players up to this point (I'm on Xbox, but with crossplay still enabled), and I can't decide if this was cheating or if hiding prone behind serious cover doesn't actually protect you from a head shot at 121m.

I mean, I feel like getting a head shot on me in that situation would be impossible, unless you can shoot straight through a pretty big rock. Maybe you can do and I've just not noticed. Wouldn't mind as much, but it took bloody ages to get into the game in the first place!
