Tw : Dreams of maggots

I had severe insomnia last night I do most nights, but these last two have been the worst. During a short sleep, I had a dream that I was standing in a bathroom and I had maggots coming out of the side of my face and I remember going out into the living room and telling my boyfriend and then I was crying and then we went into the bathroom together, and I had lumps and bumps all in my hair where there were maggots under my skin, and I was crying so hard normally when I have dreams like this, I can wake myself up. I can tell myself I’m dreaming but this one I could not I woke up feeling my scalp. What does this mean?
