My friend said PMT Max reminds him of me, how should I interpret this?

This morning, my friend texted into our group chat the PMT Max sometimes reminds him of me. Full disclosure, I don’t listen to PMT but upon seeing the text, I googled to see what Max looked like and was a bit offended.

He followed up by saying “it’s not all the time, it’s just once in a while Max reacts to something it sounds just like you. I notice it a lot when Max is fired up about something”

My friend also wanted to clarify before I posted that it had nothing to do with looks and his comment was not meant to be a slight or a compliment. But I’ll be honest, you can’t trust the guy.

Just looking to get this subs opinion on what my friend said and how you’d interpret it.
